Once trainingpeaks introduced workout builder, was easy enough to create my specific workouts and download. However when on my training plans throughout the year depending on time of year, be it triathlon, TT or increasing FTP in the off season, none of the workouts suited or gelled with their training plans. It is built for me and I like it.Have used trainnerroad and rouvy and were great for a while, especially rouvy when free riding a course with video or even doing some of the races.
